1. Eligibility and Role-Specific Terms
You must be at least 18, legally able to agree to these Terms, and permitted to use the service where you live. Depending on your role, the User Reward Terms, Advertiser Terms, Broadcaster Terms, Livestream and Content Policy, and Closed Beta Participation Agreement also apply.
2. Experimental Closed-Beta Service
Micro Rewards is pre-release software. Features, campaigns, reward rates, funding access, stream availability, reconnect behavior, compatibility, and technical requirements may change, malfunction, be paused, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, campaign availability, or any particular reward amount.
3. Accounts and Credentials
Provide accurate information, safeguard passwords and tokens, and use only accounts and roles authorized for you. Duplicate or misleading accounts are prohibited. Advertisers and broadcasters must protect stream keys, publisher usernames, one-time passwords, and other credentials and report suspected compromise promptly.
4. Rewards and Verification
Rewards are available only for eligible activity that satisfies campaign, budget, focus, visibility, playback, inactivity, session, rate-limit, anti-abuse, and feature-control rules. Watch rewards are generally evaluated in 15-second verified batches. Interruptions, reloads, seeking, focus loss, or reconnection may restart or suspend verification. Balances may be corrected, withheld, reversed, or cancelled to address errors, duplicate credits, substantiated abuse, security incidents, campaign limits, or technical failures.
Rewards are not wages, bank deposits, securities, guaranteed income, or investment returns.
5. Fair Participation and Anti-Abuse Controls
Micro Rewards may enforce one active rewarded session per account and, when enabled, one active rewarded session per extension installation. The extension may use a persistent random installation identifier, and the backend may use keyed hashes and linked account, network, timing, wallet, and session signals to identify suspicious patterns.
A shared IP address alone is not an automatic violation. Legitimate people may share a household or network. However, operating multiple accounts or devices to multiply one person’s rewards, cycling accounts through one installation, coordinating artificial sessions, sharing payout identities to disguise control, automating engagement, or resetting or modifying the extension to bypass controls is prohibited.
Combined signals may result in a pending review. During review, viewing may continue without rewards, while new watch rewards, rewarded engagement, and new withdrawal requests may be paused. An administrator may approve the activity, maintain restrictions, reject it as fraud, suspend an account, or correct affected rewards. Anti-abuse controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee one human per account or eliminate all invalid activity.
6. Creator Media, Livestreams, and User Content
Advertisers, creators, and broadcasters represent that they own or control all rights needed for media, music, trademarks, performances, voices, likenesses, advertisements, and other material they provide or stream. Native livestreams may be sent from OBS, Streamlabs, another RTMP-capable encoder, or an approved provider to campaign-specific Micro Rewards ingest credentials. Stream credentials may not be shared, published, reused for another campaign, or used for unauthorized content.
Participants retain ownership of original comments they submit but grant Micro Technologies Group LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, moderate, reproduce, and distribute them as necessary to operate the service.
7. Advertising and Sponsored Content
Campaign owners are responsible for truthful, non-misleading, properly substantiated advertising and for clear disclosure of sponsorships, incentives, endorsements, and material connections where required. Advertisers may not instruct participants to conceal incentives or use Micro Rewards to fabricate public third-party metrics.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Bots, scripts, click farms, emulators, artificial traffic, automated engagement, duplicate accounts, or coordinated reward farming.
- Manipulating playback, focus, visibility, requests, installation identifiers, identities, stream state, comments, polls, balances, analytics, or campaign rules.
- Credential sharing, unauthorized access, reverse engineering, disruption, denial-of-service activity, or attempts to bypass controls.
- Unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, dangerous, privacy-invasive, or otherwise prohibited content or campaigns.
9. Wallets, KAS, and Withdrawals
You are responsible for a correct, compatible public Kaspa address, wallet security, taxes, and applicable legal requirements. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Withdrawals may be delayed, reviewed, rejected, or paused because of maintenance, anti-abuse review, network conditions, liquidity, incorrect wallet information, or legal requirements.
10. Suspension and Enforcement
We may suspend accounts, campaigns, streams, publishing credentials, comments, rewards, or withdrawals when we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, credential compromise, rights violations, unlawful activity, or breach of applicable terms. We may preserve records needed for investigation, accounting, safety, or legal compliance.
11. Intellectual Property
Micro Rewards™ software, logos, website content, documentation, and technology are owned by or licensed to Micro Technologies Group LLC. Certain technology underlying Micro Rewards™ is patent pending. No intellectual-property license is granted except the limited, revocable right to use the beta under these Terms.
12. Third-Party Services
Micro Rewards may interact with independent platforms, blockchain networks, wallets, encoders, payment processors, hosting providers, and other services. We do not control their availability, policies, or security.
13. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MICRO TECHNOLOGIES GROUP LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS; LOST DATA; LOST DIGITAL ASSETS; STREAM INTERRUPTION; OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.
14. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may revise them as the beta evolves.
