1. Scope
This policy applies to native livestreams, replays, uploaded or linked media, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, comments, polls, advertisements, and other content made available through Micro Rewards.
2. Copyright and Other Rights
Do not broadcast or upload content unless you own it or have all necessary licenses and permissions. Unauthorized rebroadcasts, unlicensed music, pirated media, stolen footage, trademark misuse, impersonation, and violations of publicity or privacy rights are prohibited.
3. Illegal, Dangerous, or Deceptive Content
- Content that facilitates unlawful activity, fraud, scams, malware, dangerous wrongdoing, or evasion of legal restrictions.
- False or misleading advertising, unsubstantiated claims, impersonation, manipulated testimonials, or hidden sponsorships.
- Instructions or encouragement for self-harm, serious violence, or dangerous acts presented in a harmful or exploitative manner.
4. Abuse, Hate, and Exploitation
- Hate or extremist praise, recruitment, threats, or dehumanizing attacks based on protected characteristics.
- Harassment, stalking, doxxing, non-consensual exposure of personal information, or targeted intimidation.
- Sexual exploitation, sexual content, grooming, trafficking, or non-consensual intimate content.
- Graphic cruelty or violence presented primarily to shock, glorify abuse, or exploit victims.
5. Privacy and Consent
Obtain appropriate consent before broadcasting people in private settings or sharing sensitive personal information. Do not reveal private addresses, financial information, account credentials, medical information, or other data that creates a foreseeable safety or privacy risk.
6. Advertising and Incentive Integrity
Clearly disclose sponsored or incentivized content where required. Do not falsely describe rewarded engagement as organic, direct users to conceal incentives, create or coordinate duplicate accounts, automate engagement, manipulate reward eligibility, or use Micro Rewards to fabricate public third-party platform metrics.
7. Moderation and Enforcement
Micro Technologies Group LLC may restrict discovery, disable rewards, pause or terminate a stream, remove or preserve content, suspend accounts, rotate credentials, place linked reward activity under review, or report matters to appropriate authorities or service providers. Emergency action may occur without advance notice.
8. Reporting
Report suspected policy violations, urgent safety issues, rights concerns, or coordinated reward abuse to andreastsoumpariotis@microtechnologiesgroupllc.com. Include the campaign or watch-page URL, date and time, a description, and supporting evidence where available.
