By accessing, installing, or using the Micro Rewards closed beta, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Agreement, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, User Reward Terms, and applicable content policies.
1. Eligibility and Invitation
You must be at least 18, legally able to enter this Agreement, and personally approved for the closed beta. Access is personal, limited, revocable, and may not be transferred or shared.
2. Experimental Beta Software
Micro Rewards is pre-release software. Features, reward rates, campaigns, anti-abuse settings, stream availability, reconnect behavior, withdrawal limits, and technical requirements may change, malfunction, or be discontinued. Bugs, interruptions, page reloads, delayed rewards, and data corrections may occur.
3. Testing Responsibilities
Use the beta in good faith, follow installation and onboarding instructions, keep the extension at the required version, provide reasonably accurate feedback, and promptly report security issues, exposed stream credentials, unexpected rewards, playback failures, duplicate rewards, review errors, or withdrawal errors.
4. Installation and Fair-Participation Acknowledgment
The extension creates a random installation identifier in extension local storage. The backend uses a keyed hash and related session and risk signals to enforce or review reward eligibility. You will not copy, reset, clear, reinstall, modify, or move extension data between profiles for the purpose of bypassing account, installation, session, or review controls.
Multiple legitimate people may share one household or network. You may not use multiple accounts, devices, browser profiles, virtual machines, wallets, or coordinated sessions to multiply one person’s rewards.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Bots, scripts, click farms, emulators, artificial traffic, automated engagement, or duplicate accounts.
- Manipulating watch time, focus, visibility, playback, live state, session identifiers, installation identifiers, requests, identities, balances, comments, polls, or campaign rules.
- Sharing beta credentials, private links, extension packages, advertiser access, stream keys, publisher credentials, or confidential documentation.
- Reverse engineering, disruption, attacks, unauthorized access, or unlawful use.
6. Rewards and Review
Rewards are available only for activity that satisfies campaign, budget, verification, inactivity, focus, visibility, playback, account-session, installation-session, rate-limit, anti-abuse, and feature-control rules. Watch rewards are generally evaluated in 15-second batches. Suspicious linked activity may be placed under administrator review. During review, viewing may continue without rewards, while new watch rewards, rewarded engagement, and new withdrawal requests may be paused.
7. Wallet and Withdrawal Acknowledgment
You are solely responsible for choosing, securing, and verifying a compatible Kaspa address. Direct exchange deposits are not recommended for small beta withdrawals. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Micro Rewards will never request your seed phrase, private key, recovery phrase, wallet password, or PIN.
8. Comments, Polls, and Campaign Content
Comments, poll responses, and other submissions may be displayed in near real time and may be reviewed, hidden, removed, preserved, or reported. Do not submit infringing, abusive, deceptive, confidential, private, dangerous, or unlawful material.
9. Third-Party Services
Micro Rewards may interact with independent platforms, blockchain networks, wallets, exchanges, hosting providers, encoders, and streaming tools. You remain responsible for applicable third-party terms.
10. Confidentiality and Limited Distribution
Unless Micro Technologies Group LLC states otherwise, do not publicly distribute the beta extension, access password, private download link, nonpublic screenshots, internal documentation, livestream credentials, or confidential technical information. Certain technology underlying Micro Rewards is patent pending.
11. Data and Privacy
The beta may collect account, activity, installation, network-signal, security, public wallet address, reward, withdrawal, comment, poll, stream-state, gateway, playback, and diagnostic information as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Suspension and Termination
Micro Technologies Group LLC may suspend or terminate beta access, campaigns, streams, comments, rewards, or withdrawals when it reasonably suspects fraud, abuse, credential compromise, security risk, rights violations, unlawful activity, or breach of applicable terms.
13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
THE CLOSED BETA IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MICRO TECHNOLOGIES GROUP LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST PROFITS; LOST DATA; LOST DIGITAL ASSETS; STREAM INTERRUPTION; OR LOSSES CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES.
14. Governing Law, Changes, and Contact
This Agreement is governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may revise it as the beta evolves.
