1. Scope and Authorization
These terms apply to creators, streamers, production teams, agencies, and other persons who publish a native livestream or replay through Micro Rewards. You must be authorized by the campaign owner and must comply with the Advertiser Terms and Livestream and Content Policy.
2. Rights and Permissions
You represent that you own or control all required rights for video, audio, music, performances, trademarks, voices, likenesses, locations, advertisements, and replay use. You must obtain appropriate consent from people appearing in the broadcast.
3. Stream Credentials
Do not share, publish, embed in screenshots, reuse for another campaign, or store stream keys and publisher passwords in public files or repositories. Rotate credentials after suspected exposure. Micro Technologies Group LLC may revoke credentials, restrict concurrent publishers, or terminate stale or unauthorized connections.
4. Technical Requirements
You are responsible for compatible broadcasting software, internet connectivity, encoder settings, audio/video quality, and local equipment. Micro Rewards currently supports custom RTMP publishing and HLS playback. A gateway connection or live badge does not guarantee that every viewer can play the stream or earn rewards.
5. Stream State and Interruptions
Starting or stopping the encoder may move the campaign among scheduled, live, temporarily unavailable, ended, or replay states. The watch page may reload or recreate playback after reconnect. Verification may pause or restart during interruptions. Do not manipulate gateway events, source identifiers, stream state, or reward eligibility.
6. Incentive and Audience Integrity
Do not direct viewers to create duplicate accounts, coordinate artificial sessions, conceal incentives, automate interactions, share accounts or payout identities, or evade account, installation, network, or review controls. Multiple legitimate viewers may share a network, but one person may not multiply rewards through controlled accounts or devices.
7. Sponsored-Content Disclosures
You are responsible for clearly disclosing sponsorships, incentives, endorsements, gifts, payments, affiliate relationships, and other material connections where required. Do not make false or unsubstantiated claims.
8. Prohibited Broadcasts and Moderation
You must comply with the Livestream and Content Policy. Micro Technologies Group LLC may delay, interrupt, mute, restrict, terminate, remove, or preserve a broadcast when reasonably necessary for safety, rights protection, legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or platform operation.
9. Replay and Archiving
The campaign may permit a rewarded replay, view-only replay, sponsor choice, or no replay. Do not assume a stream will be recorded. Rights authorization must cover any replay and its intended duration and territories.
10. Beta Limitations and Contact
Native streaming is experimental. Micro Technologies Group LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted ingest, transcoding, HLS delivery, viewer access, latency, recording, or recovery.
