Advertiser Legal

Advertiser Terms

Effective date: August 5, 2026
These terms apply to sponsors, advertisers, agencies, and organizations that create, fund, manage, or receive analytics for Micro Rewards campaigns.

1. Advertiser Access

Advertiser access is subject to application, account verification, administrator review, and ongoing compliance. Approval does not guarantee campaign approval, funding access, activation, inventory, audience size, or results.

2. Campaign Review and Activation

Campaigns may remain in draft, review, approved, paused, active, ended, cancelled, or archived states. Review, funding, allocation, and activation are separate steps. Material changes may return a campaign to review. Micro Technologies Group LLC may reject, pause, end, or require changes to any campaign.

3. Funding and Budget Control

Advertiser deposits, campaign allocations, platform fees, participant rewards, creator/provider shares, reserves, and refunds are governed by the portal configuration and written pilot terms. During the closed beta, payment access may remain disabled, test-only, or manually controlled. No campaign may intentionally spend more than its approved allocation, but reconciliation adjustments may occur after errors, disputes, chargebacks, or invalid activity are identified.

4. Verified Activity and Analytics

Micro Rewards reports first-party verified activity under platform rules, not guaranteed third-party public metrics. Watch activity may be measured in 15-second verified batches. Engagement may be subject to limits, cooldowns, duplicate checks, moderation, budget controls, and anti-abuse review. Analytics may be delayed, corrected, filtered, or incomplete during beta testing.

5. Invalid Activity and Fair Participation

Micro Rewards uses layered session, installation, network, timing, wallet, and administrator-review controls rather than a blanket one-viewer-per-IP rule. Legitimate viewers may share a network. Suspicious linked activity may be excluded from rewards or placed under review, and campaign reporting or spend may be adjusted after review. No technical system guarantees complete prevention of bots, collusion, duplicate identities, or multi-account farming.

Advertisers must not encourage users to create multiple accounts, hide incentives, automate engagement, coordinate artificial viewing, or bypass platform safeguards.

6. Advertising Claims and Disclosures

You are responsible for truthful, non-misleading, properly substantiated claims and for clear, conspicuous disclosure of sponsorships, incentives, endorsements, and material connections where required. You must not instruct participants to conceal incentives or misrepresent rewarded activity as independent or organic.

7. Content Rights and Permissions

You represent that you own or control the rights and permissions needed for all campaign content, livestreams, music, logos, product claims, performances, voices, likenesses, personal data, and destination pages. Rights disputes may result in immediate suspension, takedown, evidence preservation, or withholding of unresolved creator/provider amounts.

8. Native Livestream Campaigns

For a native livestream campaign, the portal may generate a campaign-specific RTMP server, stream key, publisher username, one-time password, and HLS playback URL. Protect those credentials, use them only for the approved campaign, rotate them after suspected compromise, and prevent unauthorized publishers. Only one active publisher may be permitted per campaign. Stream availability, latency, reconnection, and playback are not guaranteed.

9. Prohibited Campaigns

Campaigns may not promote unlawful activity, infringement, deceptive offers, hate or extremist content, exploitation, sexual content, non-consensual intimate material, dangerous wrongdoing, unauthorized financial schemes, malicious software, privacy violations, or products or services prohibited by law or policy.

10. Moderation, Suspension, and Contact

Micro Technologies Group LLC may monitor technical and campaign state, disable rewards, interrupt a stream, remove content, preserve records, and cooperate with lawful requests. The advertiser portal, native streaming, analytics, funding, and reporting are experimental, and no minimum audience, uptime, conversion, or return on spend is promised.
