Only watch time can be rewarded on YouTube. Likes, comments, shares, subscriptions, and YouTube polls are never rewarded. Exact-video campaigns are routed before the single active any-video closed-beta pool.

Copying the link itself is not rewarded. This amount can be paid to the referrer when a distinct eligible user opens the exact referral URL and successfully starts Watch & Earn. Self-referrals, duplicate/circular attribution, linked account/device/wallet signals, anti-abuse restrictions, and ineligible campaign/budget states are blocked.

Advertisers use their own broadcast software

Micro Rewards provides a custom RTMP destination. The advertiser, creator, or production team uses OBS Studio, Streamlabs, vMix, Wirecast, XSplit, FFmpeg, a hardware encoder, or another RTMP-capable tool.

Create a campaign and select Stream directly to Micro Rewards from OBS/Streamlabs.
Complete rights, schedule, reward, replay, and moderation settings.
Save and submit the campaign for review.
Open the campaign detail and select Create OBS Channel.
Enter the displayed server, stream key, username, and one-time password in the broadcaster's software.
Start the encoder. The gateway and watch page update automatically when the publisher connects.

Security: Never share stream credentials outside the authorized production team. Rotate credentials immediately after suspected exposure.
