Delete your account

Delete your Micro Rewards account and associated data. If you can sign in, Account Settings provides direct permanent deletion after any balance or financial blockers are resolved. This public page remains available when you cannot sign in.

Account deletion is permanent once completed. Spendable KAS must be withdrawn first, and pending withdrawals or other unresolved financial activity must be completed before direct deletion.

Can’t sign in? Submit an account deletion request

Enter the username and email address associated with the Micro Rewards account. We may contact you at that email address to verify account ownership before completing the request.

What will be deleted or retained

After we verify and complete the request, Micro Rewards will remove or de-identify account-profile information and disable account access, and will delete or de-identify associated personal information where reasonably possible.

Certain records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security and anti-abuse review, accounting, reward and withdrawal reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement. There is no single additional retention period that applies to every retained record; records are kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose and as described in the Privacy Policy.

Public Kaspa blockchain transactions are outside Micro Rewards' control and cannot be deleted from the blockchain.
