1. Copyright Reports
Micro Technologies Group LLC respects intellectual-property rights and may remove, disable, interrupt, or preserve access to content in response to a sufficiently detailed copyright complaint. Send notices to andreastsoumpariotis@microtechnologiesgroupllc.com with the subject line Copyright Notice - Micro Rewards.
2. Information to Include
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, including the campaign, watch-page, stream, replay, or URL and relevant date/time.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
3. Counter-Notice
A person whose content was removed may submit a counter-notice that identifies the removed material and prior location, includes contact information and a signature, states under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and includes the jurisdiction and service-of-process statements required by applicable law. Micro Technologies Group LLC may provide the counter-notice to the reporting party and restore material when legally appropriate.
4. Repeat Infringers
Micro Technologies Group LLC may suspend or terminate accounts or publishing access of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances and may prevent new stream credentials or campaign activation.
5. Live and Emergency Action
A live broadcast may be interrupted before a complaint is fully resolved when reasonably necessary to limit ongoing harm, preserve evidence, protect rights, or comply with law. Rewarding, publishing, replay, and campaign discovery may be restricted independently.
6. Other Rights Complaints
Trademark, privacy, publicity, impersonation, and other rights complaints may be sent to the same address with enough detail to identify the affected right and material.
7. Designated-Agent Status
This policy does not represent that Micro Technologies Group LLC has completed a separate U.S. Copyright Office designated-agent registration. Any such registration and contact listing must be confirmed independently.
